There is a renewed nostalgia for the hallmarks of our nation's industrial heritage; iconic designs that were once produced for the factory floor are now highly sought after. Large quantities of furniture and industrial lighting are being saved from derelict factories; structural timbers and condemned machinery are being salvaged from the scrapheap and imaginatively reused and repurposed.
