In this little book, His Holiness the Dalai Lama breaks down what it means to be happy, and shows us that how we think, behave, and sensually experience the world ultimately impacts how we experience - and create - happiness. In particular he explores our failure to understand reality and our egotism, and together how these attachments result in distress, dis-ease, and an inability to take personal responsibility. 

His Holiness the Dalai Lama counsels readers to take responsibility for their thoughts and actions, to understand that our problems are of our own making and not the result of circumstances or their actions of others. He presents a path for taking change of our lives.

Once you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email.

We pack and ship within 48 hours (usually faster), and you will receive another email with tracking number when your goodies are heading your way.

Sometimes (sadly) our emails end up in Spam or Junk, so please keep an eye out.

Free US shipping over $49. Orders under $49 flat rate shipping $6.

International shipping is calculated at checkout.

We do not offer free return shipping. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping. 

 

ITEM SOLD OUT

We have combined inventory between our website and our four brick and mortar shops. Being a small business with a large list of products in small quantities, sometimes we sell out before we pull your online order. If so, we will notify you by email, and sometimes make a suggestion for a suitable replacement, and of course refund you in a timely matter.

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

It didn't work out? Bummer! What next?

All exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of you original purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags.

ALL markdowns and sales are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. 

We do not offer free return shipping. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Need a different size? Contact us right away to make sure we have what you need. A quick email, call or text, so we can pull your exchange from the shop.

Returns and refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment in 2-5 business days. If you used a Gift Card to place your order, we will issue a new Gift Card and email back to you. Please let us know in your return that you used a Gift Card.
